Showing the intimate romantic relationships of a superhero helps flesh them out as characters and tell a more human story. And seeing a variety of sexualities is something that I find both important and really interesting (certainly isn’t something that’s really been covered much before).
But in the end, the gender of the person you love and/or you have sex with doesn’t matter. Heroes and heroes, no matter who they love.

We’re gay. We’re supposed to be late. It’s part of the contract.

Tell ‘Em When They Do Good.

Hey there!

Starbucks stood up for gay rights, and their support for gay marriage was critical in the passage of gay marriage law in Washington State. Now the Nat’l Organization for Marriage is getting people to boycott them.

I want to thank corporations for doing good things, even if those corporations aren’t perfect all the time. Will you join me in signing a thank you card to Starbucks?
